Button Bar:
These buttons are used to navigate through the various MLMPro* Screens. These include Event Screens, a Calendar Screen, and Search and Print Screens.
Contact List:
This list is your virtual address book. It allows you to easily view and select anyone that you have entered into MLMPro*. Since you edit each contact individually, we call the one you select the "Current Contact". You can change the Current Contact by making another selection from this list.
Current Contact:
This is the person whose information you are currently viewing. When you change your selection in the Contact List, the information displayed will be that of the newly selected contact. As you will notice in the example, InTouch Communications is the Current Contact. If you look at the tree below, InTouch Communications is represented by a green circle. You can tell this because it is outlined in red and a red line connects it to the top of the tree.
Next / Last Events:
These boxes are related to the Current Contact. They show the next and previous appointments, phone calls, and todos you have associated with the Current Contact. You can easily create a new event or edit an existing one by simply clicking on the appropriate box.
Contact Group:
Contact Groups are used to easily narrow down the number of people you are dealing with. Any contact can be in any number of groups. For example, someone in your downline could also be on your mailing list, both of which can be represented as groups. When you select a group, only people in that group will appear in the Contact List.
Phone Address:
The address of the Current Contact appears on the "business card" display, while the phone number and address location are in the dropdown lists below. If the contact has multiple phone numbers or addresses, you can select from these lists which one will appear. You can even have your modem dial the phone number for you at the click of a button.
Current Downline:
MLMPro* allows you to keep track of multiple downlines, which are easy to create using our 190+ company templates. When you want to view a particular downline, just select it from this list and it will appear as a full color "tree", much like the one displayed. To add a contact to your downline, use the simple process of dragging a person from the Contact List and dropping them onto their sponsor.
Distributor #:
This box displays the distributor number for the currently selected place in the tree. By default, this information is the distributor's name, but you can easily change this by entering a new distributor number in this box.
Rank:
This is used to easily specify the position each of your distributors has achieved in your marketing plan. Each rank has a different color, making it easy to find the leaders in your organization.
You:
"You" are always at the top of you own tree. The people on the row directly below you are your frontline distributors. In this example, you have attained Rank 12 in this fictitious marketing plan and have nine people in your frontline.
