We currently have over 200 company templates available. Please check to confirm that we don't already have a template for your company before you request that we create it.

To have a company template made for your organization, fill out the form below, then click the button labeled "Submit". To clear the form, click the button labeled "Clear". If the form is filled out completely and accurately, we will send you your company template by eMail within 1-2 business days. When we post our next release of MLMPro*, your company template will be posted on our website and included with all future releases of the program.

Note: We will only send eMail responses to registered users of MLMPro*. However, even if you are not a registered user, your template will still be posted to our website with the next revision.

Does your company allow a distributor to appear more than once in your downline? (Most binary marketing plans do. Standard marketing plans often allow each distributor to appear only once.)

What is the depth of your organization? In other words, how many levels in your downline do you profit from. Think of yourself as Level 1, your frontline (those distributors directly below you) as level 2, and so on. So, if you get payed based on the productivity of yourself, your frontline, and the level below your frontline, you should enter "3" below. If there is no depth limit in your organization, just enter "0".
Depth (you are 1):

What is the maximum width of your organization? This is the number of people you can have in your frontline (i.e. directly below you.) For example, in a binary structure, the maximum width is "2". If there is no limit to the number of people in your frontline, then enter "0" below.

Enter the names of all the ranks or titles that can be achieved in your organization in the box below. Enter the name of the lowest or entry level rank at the top and list each successive rank name on a separate line below it, ending at the bottom of the list with the highest rank attainable. Ranks are required. If you submit the form without including ranks, we will have to eMail you for them later, slowing down the template creation process.
